This Pizza is Seriously Delicious
If you’re a serious pizza fan, Serious Pizza located in Dallas Texas is calling your name, and it’s seriously delicious. Known for it’s thin crust, customizable toppings, specials, and enormous slices, Serious Pizza is rated 4.0/5 stars according to Google Reviews. The wrap around lines and completely full restaurant just shows how popular the location is among families and friends. This location is any pizza lovers heaven with fresh toppings, ice-cold drinks, and good company. The atmosphere of this pizza parlor is so lively and energetic! There is live music playing around the block and the energy is contagious.
Even on a weekday this area is packed. The line sometimes extends out the door but the loyal customers aren’t complaining because the pizza is so worth the wait. One slice is priced $3.75 which is a steel for the enormous portion they serve you. I went on a Thursday night and was welcomed with a warm ‘how are you’ by the staff. My wait in line wasn't too long, about 10-15 minutes. My friend and I got a nice booth seat which was cleaned and cleared immediately. The pizza took another 5-10 minutes to come out but was freshly baked with the cheese perfectly toasted to an ooey gooey consistency. The sauce was the perfect balance of savory and sweet and the crust was light and airy while also being toasted and crisp. Overall the flavors were bursting and my mouth was watering after each bite. The smell was intoxicating. I’m not lying when I say that one slice can fill me for a whole day, that’s how big the portions are! You can play pool in the back after you’ve finished your meal and converse with your friends and family.
Deep Elm is the home of Serious pizza and is also known as the arts district of Dallas. This area is so beautiful and vibrant, there is so much to see! The walls are decorated with artwork and there are rooftop bars with live music and festivities. After you grab some savory pizza you can go next door to grab a sweet dessert (I recommend Hypnotic donut). You can also shop around so going to Serious Pizza is a win-win situation. Give Serious pizza a try and I can guarantee that you won’t be disappointed, you may even become addicted to the crispy thin crusted deliciousness that’s stealing hearts one bite at a time.
