Ranked the Best: The Soda Bar

Soda Bar located in Dallas, Texas may have some of the best drinks Dallas has to offer with one of the best views to enjoy your beverage with. Right in downtown, this bar should definitely be reserved for at least one birthday in your lifetime. The service is amazing, the aesthetic is relaxed, and again the view encompasses the Dallas skyline in all it’s glory. The outdoor bar is furnished with cool toned neon lights, a neon bar table, little lights everywhere, and it’s a twinkling masterpiece. You know when you walk into in area (in this case, a bar) and just go “wow!!” because the decor and architecture blow you away? Well, this was my reaction for Soda Bar. Cue the ‘walk into a bar jokes’, but in all honesty the Soda Bar has some of the most unique drinks, hospitality, food items, and skyline view.

Rated 4 and ½ stars on Google Review, the Soda Bar is located in the NYLO hotel on the south side of Dallas. Drinks are reasonably priced along with the food items, rating the area a $$ on Yelp. Personally I can tell you that it’s such an exciting experience being in your 20’s and discovering the bar side of adulthood and it’s etiquette. Soda Bar is an amazing location to experience being surrounded by good company, amazing foods, and customizable drinks. I haven’t even gotten to the best part..Wait for it..the glass pool that is lit by many neon colorful lights. You get the full city rooftop bar experience with the pool, drinks, and skyline view. There’s even a little bonfire area to keep you warm with these cold months approaching. As you get out of the pool you’re met with the warmth of the bonfire and the warmth of being surrounded by those you love and the memories you are making together. Life it too short not to adventure a little while trying new things and visiting new locations.

All around, the Surf Bar is an amazing location to celebrate a birthday, a promotion, or even a graduation party (hint, hint to all those in college!) and I definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys a social spot a little outside their comfort zone. It’s reasonable prices, menu selections, and accessories such as the pool and bonfire make it one of the most popular bars in Dallas, ranking it 3 out 8 on Zagat. Give Soda Bar a try and you’ll thank me late
